Danielle Barnett Rhule is a seasoned management professional with a diverse background in process improvement, administration, project management, quality management, and business development. Based in Highgate, St. Mary, Jamaica, she has built an impressive career marked by her pioneering work in introducing modern environmental and quality certifications to Jamaica’s agribusiness sector, notably within the banana and Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee industries. Throughout her career, Danielle has taken on leadership roles that showcase her ability to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. As the Managing Partner of Liberty Agro Products, she developed comprehensive operational plans that led to a more than 200% increase in cultivation areas, while implementing quality control measures that minimized losses and boosted customer satisfaction. In her role as Materials & Project Manager at Pure Jamaican, she oversaw the sourcing of raw materials for innovative pharma.

Aqil is a data and analytics professional with a BSc in Actuarial Science from UWI Mona and a track record spanning the full data lifecycle, from collection to executive presentation. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Guardsman Group and Beryllium, he used Python, SQL, Power BI and other similar tools to build highly detailed dashboards and robust predictive models that steered data-driven process improvements for multiple clients. He has since transitioned into database administration, applying his SQL and data infrastructure expertise to manage and optimize database systems. His experience also includes Machine Learning work at Grid Dynamics which included building logistic regression, linear regression, and reinforcement learning models (including a Deep Q-Network). A member of the UWI Actuarial Society, Aqil brings sharp analytical rigor and technical depth to Brookes-Ridge.

Based in Trinidad and Tobago, an accomplished finance and accounting professional, he brings extensive experience across financial services, external audit, and the aviation sector. He holds a BSc in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and the ACCA professional qualification, and is currently pursuing both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
His career commenced at Fidelity Finance Limited within Trinidad and Tobago's Maritime Group, focusing on finance and lending operations. He subsequently joined KPMG as an external auditor, gaining deep expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across diverse client portfolios.
Currently serving in an airline's finance department, he leverage specialized knowledge in aviation finance, operational performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial planning within a highly regulated industry.

Throughout her career, Seraphina has worked with over 15 major clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, charities, government agencies, and the service industry. Seraphina holds an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business and is currently pursuing Level 2 of the ACCA qualification.
